Dental Hygienist

We are looking for an experienced dental hygienist to work full or part-time at our fee-for-service, high-end family dental practice.

Our ideal candidate for a dental hygienist has at least 3 years of relevant experience as a hygienist. The candidate has also excellent chair side manners, outstanding communication skills, including pro-actively speaking with patients about available treatments and dental services, has desire to work in a fast-paced dental practice, is a team player and displays strong leadership skills.

We are looking for a person that can commit long-term to the practice. The workdays and hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm and supervised hygiene two Mondays a month.

You must have valid dental hygiene license in Virginia and CPR/BLS Certification.

Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

We are looking for an expanded duty dental assistant to work full or part-time at our fee-for-service, high-end family dental practice.

Under direct supervision of our highly experienced doctor you will be expected to perform key expanded functions that fall under DA II (expanded duty assistant) responsibilities.

If you are kind, have a positive attitude, feel comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, and have excellent communication skills then our practice will be just right for you.

You will join the office with highly motivated and sociable staff, appreciative doctor who inspires staff to excel in patient care, and the work place equipped with cutting edge technology and known for its innovative, caring culture.

Dental Assistant/Treatment Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant/Treatment Supervisor – part-time (29h-33h per week) with a possibility of a full-time.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a dental assistant in general dentistry, including experience with securing and coordinating treatment plans.

You will be primarily expected to work closely with the doctor on treatment planning and communicate with patients about their dental care. This requires outstanding communication skills, excellent chair-side manners and in-depth knowledge of the dental procedures.

We expect you are a fast learner and to quickly learn and become conversational in our unique lines of services, products and treatments.

In addition, you must be detail oriented, diligent, kind, caring, responsive to doctor’s instructions, enthusiastic and willing to work in a fast-paced dental practice.

The workdays and hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
