She strives to provide aesthetic and painless care.
She is Past-President of the Virginia Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Billingsley is an instructor at the Virginia Commonwealth University-School of Dentistry.
She has achieved her accreditation with the International Academy of Oral Medical Toxicology.
